By Plain

By Boat

Milos is connected by ship through the port of Piraeus on a daily basis during the summer months. Taking the trip with high speed ships takes about three hours without stopping, while with stopping in the islands of the western Cyclades (Serifos, Kythnos, Sifnos,) takes about 4.5 hours. The trip by ferry-boat, without stopping, lasts about five hours, while with stopping in the islands of the western Cyclades (Kythnos - Serifos - Sifnos - Kimolos) takes about seven hours. During the summer months Milos is connected by ship, 3-4 times a week, with the islands of Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros, Santorini, Crete and the eastern islands of the Cyclades.
